| 摘 要： | 文章详细分析了SAURER-400剑杆织机送经机构的传动、织轴直径检测、经纱张力检测部分的特点,应用解析法给出了送经机构的传动方式、调节原理,并推导出相应设计公式,可为老机改造和新型织机的设计所借鉴.

| Abstract: | SAURER-400 was imported from Switzerland.The distinct feature of let-off mechanism was that the feedback of changing diameter of weaving axis,the feedback of changing warp tension and the primary power input were synthesized and output on a component that was made up of arc lever and straight lever.The let-off motion can not only meet the requirement of weft density on warp let-off,but also adjust the size of warp let-off according to warp tension and change of diameter of weaving axis and keep invariableness of warp tension as well.SAURER-400's structure was analyzed in this paper.This paper applied analytical method for giving driving mode,adjustment theory of let-off motion and deriving equation.The analysis method of this paper can be used for reference by designer. |
