基于虚拟仪器技术的磁特性自动测试仪的研制

摘    要:介绍了一种基于虚拟仪器技术的交流磁特性自动测试仪。该仪器解决了软磁材料交流磁特性的自动测试问题,对实际工业应用中软磁材料磁性能的快速测试及优选具有重要的意义。详细介绍了仪器的硬件结构及软件设计方法,最后通过实际测试结果证明该仪器具有良好的测试性能。

Abstract:Based on virtual instrument technology, one of automatic measuring instrument for AC magnetism characteristics is presented, which solves the automatic measuring problem on the soft-magnetism material AC characteristics. It has significance in the process of quick testing and optimal choice of core used in the field of industry. Then the design method of the hardware and the software of the instrument is detailed in this paper. The field measuring result shows excellent performance of the instrument.
