| 摘 要： | 感官评价和流变学特性测量是化妆品品质评价的两个主要手段，感官评价是主观性评价，流变学测量方法则是客观性评价。介绍了化妆品感官评价的分析方法、评价指标、评价步骤以及化妆品流变学性质的流体分类和相关的数学模型。通过两个实例，说明了感官评价和流变学特性研究对化妆品品质评测的重要性，并进行了关联性的印证。提出了化妆品的品质评价要利用客观性和主观性两种方法进行评测，并相互关联，以使评测结果更加准确。
