偏苯三酸酐生产工艺及其氧化反应安全技术

摘    要:介绍了偏苯三酸酐的3种生产方法,重点叙述了液相空气氧化法生产工艺,并对国内外生产偏苯三酸酐的技术进行了比较。氧化反应是生产偏苯三酸酐的的危险工艺,分别从反应温度、压力、催化剂、氧含量这几个方面进行了危险性分析,并提出了相应的保障安全生产的对策措施。

Abstract:Three methods of producing trimellitic anhydride were introduced.The process of air oxidation in liquid for trimellitic anhydride production was introduced and the method at home and abroad were compared.Through temperature,pressure,catalyst,and the content of oxygen,its hazard in the process of oxidation reaction was analyzed,and the specific measures to ensure safe production were put forward.
