用限动芯棒连轧管机组生产厚壁无缝钢管的探讨

Discussion on Producing Heavy-wall Seamless Steel Pipes with MPM Plant

Briefly analyzed in the article is the current situation of domestic production of heavy-wall seam-less steel pipes.Opinions concerning producing heavy-wall seamless steel pipes with the MPM plant are put for-ward by the co-authors based on the reality that demand for large and medium-sized heavy-wall steel pipes is in-creased,and the supply-demand unbalance is in turn increased,and that at present supply of heavy-wall steel pipes,particularly the high-end heavy-wall steel pipes for domestic customers mainly depends on import.Also discussed are some technical problems which would probably occur with the said pipe-rolling with the MPM plant.
