| 摘 要： | 针对模具钢的市场需求，采用KR铁水预处理→120t转炉冶炼→脱氧合金化→CAS精炼→LF精炼→VD真空处理→板坯连铸→热装炉→轧制→钢板切割→自然冷却→回火，研制开发了J30预硬型塑料摸具钢．并对试验结果进行了全面的分析，结果表明：化学成分稳定，钢板表面硬度均匀，并且I级探伤全部合格。

| Abstract: | According to the market requirement,by adopting KR hot metal pretreatment-120 t converter-deoxidation alloying-CAS refining-VD vacuum treatment-slab CCM-hot charge-rolling-cut-air cooling-tempering,developed the J30 prehardened plastic mould steel,and carried on overall analysis to the testing data.The results showed that,the chemical composition of the mould steel was steady,the surface hardness of the steel plate was even,moreover the first grade flaw detection was entire qualified. |
