| 摘 要： | 针对小型螺旋输送机在送料过程中常出现料堵、电机跳闸频次过高等问题，通过认真分析螺旋输送机产生上述问题的原因，对螺旋输送机的结构进行了改进，成功解决了螺旋输送机料堵、电机跳闸频次高等问题，保证了螺旋输送机长周期的正常运行。

| Abstract: | In the process of feeding materials by spiral conveyer, it was always happened such as the problem of the material blocking and the motor trip. In view of this problems, we carefully analyzed the causes of these problems, improved the structure of the spiral conveyer, successfully solved this problems. Then, the long period of normal spiral conveyor operation was ensured. |
