It is a special zone of Qingdao with street space as its main public spatial configuration consisting mainly of Zhongshan Road Street Block space, Tuandao Street Block space, Municipal Government Street Block space and Badaguan Street Block space. In the course of rapid urbanization, different methods of preservations should be used for different types of street block space so as to enable it to play the role of carrying forward the history and displaying the culture.
