| 摘 要： | 采用了水级联技术(Water Cascade Analysis,WCA)和累积夹点法(Cumulative Pinch Technology)对啤酒厂水网络进行优化,采用的累积夹点法用累积流量代替传统夹点法中的流率为横坐标,累积负荷为纵坐标,绘制出复合曲线图,水级联法采用纯度确定出水夹点,并最终获得2种方法下的新鲜水用量和废水排放量。结果显示2种方法得到的新鲜水用量和废水排放量数据完全一致,表明这2种方法均可简单有效的处理水网络问题。最后根据最小公共工程利用近邻设计原则(Nearest NeighborsAlgorithm,NNA)对啤酒厂水网络进行设计,得出啤酒厂用水网络的最佳方案。
