基于夹点技术的啤酒用水网络优化与设计

摘    要:采用了水级联技术(Water Cascade Analysis,WCA)和累积夹点法(Cumulative Pinch Technology)对啤酒厂水网络进行优化,采用的累积夹点法用累积流量代替传统夹点法中的流率为横坐标,累积负荷为纵坐标,绘制出复合曲线图,水级联法采用纯度确定出水夹点,并最终获得2种方法下的新鲜水用量和废水排放量。结果显示2种方法得到的新鲜水用量和废水排放量数据完全一致,表明这2种方法均可简单有效的处理水网络问题。最后根据最小公共工程利用近邻设计原则(Nearest NeighborsAlgorithm,NNA)对啤酒厂水网络进行设计,得出啤酒厂用水网络的最佳方案。

Abstract:In order to save water of industrial and reduce the environmental pollution,the Water Cascade Analysis(WCA) technology and Cumulative Pinch Method were used to optimize and design the water network in a brewery.The Cumulative Pinch method use cumulative flow to replace the traditional flow rate as abscissa and use cumulative load as ordinate to draw the composite curve.The Water Cascade Analysis technology determine the pinch with the purity,and get the final freshwater consumption and wastewater discharge ...
