链条零件表面硬度无损分选仪的研究

摘    要:本文提出了某频率下的高次谐波分量具有明显的特征,且其强弱程度会影响检测质量的观点(过去人们仅注意到无损检测时,检测频率与渗透深度间的关系)。还提出运用此观点所设计的无损分选链条零件表面硬度设备的原理,同时提供了某些试验数据。数据表明,该设备可应用于实际链条生产中。

Abstract:A Point that oneofthe high harmonic components with some freguency had such an explicit characteristic that its amplitude would influence the detectivity was presented (Only the relationship of detecting frcgaency and penefration in harmless detection was considered in the past).A principle of a device using the point for classifying chain parts from surface hardness was also presented together with some experiment data which indicated that thc device could bo adopted in chain production.
