大功率中频非晶态变压器软起动的研究

摘    要:非晶态合金材料应用于中频大功率变压器,具有损耗小、效率高、体积小、稳定性高等一些普通硅钢材料无法替代的优点。但是。这类变压器在直接起动时可能会出现铁心磁饱和问题,引起过电流而无法正常工作。甚至会损坏电力电子器件,因此需要进行软起动。介绍了软起动的原理以及以Intel 80C196KC单片机为主控制器的软起动控制方案。该方案已实施工业应用,取得了满意的效果。

Abstract:High power medium frequency transformer made by amorphous alloy has more excellences than sillicon steel,such as low wastage,high efficiency,small volume,and high stability,but the problem of magnetism saturation appers when starting this kind of transformer directly and induces over current.The power electronic components may be damaged consequently,so it must be started softly.The principle of soft starting and strategy of control based o n intel 80C196KC are given, which have been applied in industrial production and proved to be satisfied.
