TOC与MRPⅡ的混合系统

摘    要:提出了新的市场环境下标准MRPⅡ的固有不足,简述了TOC理论及其计划与控制原理,提出了一种基于TOC理论和MRPⅡ的混合式计划系统,以改善MRPⅡ的实时特征,最大限度地压缩各阶级的提前期。论述了该混合系统中TOC思想与MRPⅡ系统的结合原则,简介了系统的组成与运作,描述了混合系统中DBR(鼓-缓冲区-绳)、作业排程、作业批量与提前期确定等几方面的运作原理和特征。

Abstract:This paper briefly pointed out the deficiencies of standard MRPII under the new market developing, and summarized the Theory of Constraints (TOC) and its principles for production planning and control. Here presented a hybrid planning system based on MRPⅡ in conjunction with TOC, through which the standard MRPⅡ system will be endowed with the performance of real time and the lead time of each stage will be farthest cut down. This paper discussed the principles constituted the hybrid system in conjunction TOC with MRPⅡ in detail, briefly introduced the operation and buildup of the hybrid system, described the operation elements and their characters of DBR(Drum-buffer-Rope), shop floor scheduling, lot-size as well as lead time.
