喷雾沉积快凝高硅铝合金中硅粒子细化的研究

摘    要:对用喷雾沉积法制取高硅铝合金进行了研究,发现用该方法制得的高硅铝合金的组织较铸态组织产生了明显的细化,其Si粒子细化到10μm以下。本文从冶金学角度分析了这一现象,同时也对喷雾沉积过程中影响合金组织细化的主要工艺参数进行了研究。

Abstract:Based on studying high silicon Al Si alloy produced by spray deposited process,the authors observed that microstructure of high silicon Al Si alloy made by the process is obviously more fine then one of this material made by general casting (Silicon particle's sizes are under 10μm). The authors analysed this result by metallurgical method. Main parameters affecting fining microstructure of high silicon Al Si alloy produced by Spray deposited process were investigated.
