稠油区块掺水降粘工艺的研究与应用

摘    要:分析了电加热降粘、空心杆掺水和井口加降粘剂井筒降粘技术,空心杆掺水降粘技术可有效避免电加热降粘技术高耗电和化学降粘技术的有机氯问题发生,但生产管理不便问题成为此技术发展推广的障碍。本文提出了管中管密闭掺水井筒降粘技术,并优化设计了双空心抽油杆及下部杆柱组合结构,从而可保证杆柱的载荷强度,并根据井筒结构要求,进行了油井的注采一体化抽油泵的管柱设计,既保证了稠油井的正常生产,又节约了生产成本,提高了生产效益,可实现稠油区块的高效开采。

Abstract:The technology of wellbore viscosity reduction of air-tightly watering in tube in tube is proposed inthis paper based on the application requirement of wellbore viscosity reduction. The double hollow sucker rod andthe lower pole composite structures are designed and optimized which can ensure the strength of the rod string load.And according to the request of wellbore structure, the rod string design of oil well pump of injection-productionintegration is carried out. The new method can not only ensure the normal production of heavy oil wells, but alsosave the production costs, thus improving the production benefit, which may be an economically feasible way forhigh-efficiency exploitation in the heavy oil blocks in the near future.
