摘    要:冲击波测试中测点分布数量较多,难以集中管理以及监测各测点的状态存在困难,并且测试参数一旦设置好在现场难以更改。针对以上问题,设计了基于WLAN技术的冲击波测试系统。建立了能有效覆盖各测试节点的无线网络,实现了所有测点远程集中管理、运行状态监测以及测试数据无线传输,并且可现场设置节点测试参数,以适应测试环境的变化,提高了系统的灵活性。设计了硬件电路和软件时序相结合的方法智能管理节点无线模块,有效降低了系统功耗并实现了可循环进行多次不同的测试。采用多参数组合的负延迟分区存储数据的方法,有效获取了完整的冲击波信号并减少了随机触发前的冗余数据。系统参加了多次弹药测试实验,验证了系统的稳定性、可靠性。

Abstract:Aimed at the problem that large numbers of measuring points can not be managed centrally and monitored entirely and the test parameters can not be amended on the scene in the shock wave overpressure measurement,the testing system based on the WLAN technology is designed. It has the function of controlling and monitoring all test nodes centrally,transmiting the test data by the wireless network,also setting the test parameters of nodes on site to adapt to different environments and increase system flexibility. The wireless module of node which is controlled in-telligently by the hardware circuit and software time can reduce the power consumption effectively and complete multiple different tests circularly. The method of divided part data storage with the multiparameter’s negative delay can record the complete data and reduce the redundant data before the random trigger effectively. The validity and superiority of the proposed system are further verified by applying it to actual measurement experiments.
