摘    要:基于对以铁素体为基体,其上弥散分布颗粒状渗碳体的碳钢球化体(包括球状珠光体,回火屈氏体和回火索氏体等)在扫描激光束作用下组织转变过程及机理的探讨,建立了简明的相变硬化数理模型,并结合热学分析,用数值方法定量地计算了硬化层尺寸,以及热影响区内各组成相的体积分数,碳浓度和硬度分布.理论值与三种碳钢(20钢,T8钢和 T10钢)实际处理结果进行了比较,二者符合得较好.本文报道理论模拟方面的结果,理论与实验的比较分析将另文报道.

Abstract:Based on a detailed mechanism study of the micro-structural transformations occur- ring during laser heat-treatment under scanning beam,a mathematical model applicable to plain carbon steels with spheroidal structures(including spheroidal peacite,sorbite and troostite)was established.A numerical method coupling temperature field evolutions was given to predict the hardened layer dimension,the phase volumes,the carbon concentration and the hardness distributions within the heat affected zone.Theoretical and experimental results were compared and the agreement was good.In this paper the modelling process was disucssed.
