高效液相色谱法测定酚醛酰胺固化剂中致敏物残留

摘    要:采用高效液相色谱法检测酚醛酰胺固化剂中间苯二甲胺(MXDA)、苯酚(phenol)和腰果酚(cardanol)3种致敏物的残留。该方法采用Primesep 200色谱柱(150 mm×4.6 mm,5 um),高灵敏度二极管阵列检测器;流动相为梯度洗脱,流动相A为乙腈,流动相B为0.3%(质量分数,下同)的三氟乙酸(TFA)水溶液。实验证明所建立的方法在产品的分析检测中有良好的应用性。

Abstract:HPLC was applied to detect the residual of three sensitizing substances, i.e., MXDA (m-Xylylenediamine), phenol and cardanol, in phenalkamide curing agent. The assay was performed on a Primesep 200 column (150 mm×4.6 mm, 5 um) and Photodiode Array Detector. The mobile phase was gradient elution, the mobile phase A was acetonitrile, the mobile phase B was water contain 0.3 % (m/m, the same below) TFA (trifluoroacetic acid). Experiments proved that the method had good applicability in the analysis and test of the products.
