摘    要:山西潞安16万吨/年煤基合成油示范工程压缩机管道布置采用压缩机制造厂的布置方案,这与以往的压缩机配管略有不同。对于往复式压缩机这种容易振动的设备,除了要满足工艺流程和管道应力的要求,更重要的是避免振动,我们通过合理的、适当的改善以及支吊架的正确设置避免了压缩机的振动,做好压缩机部分的管道设计工作。

Design of Reciprocating Compressor Piping

Abstract:Shanxi Lu'an 160 000 tons/year of coal - based synthetic oil demonstration project used compressor factory compressor piping layout program, which was slightly different of the conventional compressor piping. It was easy for a reciprocating compressor vibration equipment meeting the requirements of the process and piping stress, and was more important to avoid vibration. The compressor was avoided through reasonable, appropriate and correct settings to improve the hanger vibration, good design of the compressor section of the pipeline.
