| 摘 要： | 详细介绍了80 t级铁路货车车体外部使用水性涂层时的涂装工艺。通过工艺试验对水性涂料的施工特性进行工艺研究,针对铁路货车水性涂层提出一种具有针对性的表面清洁清理工艺方法;并对铁路货车水性涂料涂装时的工艺选择与施工操作技巧进行简要介绍;对于水性涂料涂装施工中容易出现的问题,提出预防措施与改进方法。

| Abstract: | The 80 t railway freight car - body external use water - based coating process was introduced. Through researching the process test of coating technology, a targeted cleanup process for surface cleaning was proposed and process selection and construction operation skill of railway wagons water - based coating were introduced. Preventive measures and improvement method in view of problems for water - based paint coating construction were proposed. |
