Development of CJ 5.8 tex Compact yarn High Density Satin Drill

To produce fine count high density satin drill which weft and warp are compact yarn,parameters configuration of sizing formula,sizing processing and weaving processing of compact spinning superfine yarn were introduced,Medium pressure,medium concentration and low viscosity were adopted by compact spinning superfine yarn.Early opening and later weft insertion were adopted in weaving,adjusting of leno selvage and waste selvage yarn can reduce weaving defects and make weaving efficiency reach above 82%.
