基于异地合作模式的企业项目开发机制研究

在分析我国传统制造企业技术创新存在问题的基础上,借鉴营销管理理论,建立了基于市场需求的创意方案确定框架;运用技术创新过程管理理论和异地合作模式,针对项目创意的实施,设计了基于异地合作模式的制造企业新项目设计与开发、生产与运作、营销网络建设与销售三阶段合作伙伴筛选模型和合作过程管理方案;探讨了制造企业异地合作项目开发过程利益分配和风险防范的关键问题及其解决思路;对制造企业异地合作项目开发全过程的有效实施提出了具体建议.

Mechanism of Enterprise Project Development Based on Remote Coclaboration Modes

Analyzing problems existing in traditional development of enterprise projects, this paper applies the theory of marketing management to set up a frame to confirm innovation items in terms of market demands. In order to realize originalities of the projects, the theory of technology innovation process management and the mode of remote collaboration are employed to establish a model of three phases filtering collaboration partners, and to design a management scheme for organizing collaboration processes, which is based upon the remote collaboration mode of design and development, production and operation, marketing network construction and sale. The paper investigates solutions to key problems of benefit allot and venture prevention in the correlative development processes of remote collaboration projects. Some detailed proposals are put forward to implement the projects.
