焊接钢结构疲劳强度预测的应力场强模型研究

摘    要:考虑材料、几何形式、受载形式、应力梯度、焊接残余应力等多种因素对焊接钢结构疲劳强度的影响,用应力场强参数描述焊接钢结构的疲劳强度特性,建立了有效应力集中系数的应力场强预估模型.应用所建立理论预测了几类典型焊接钢结构的疲劳强度,并与实验进行了比较,获得了令人满意的结果.用该方法预估焊接钢结构的疲劳强度,能大量减少疲劳实验,节省经费开支,对工程应用有参考价值.

Abstract:The effects of material, geometric shape, loading, stress gradient, residual stress on fatigue strength for welded steel structures are considered respectively. By means of the stress field intensity parameter to describe the property of the fatigue for welded steel structures, an estimating model of effective stress concentration factor for welded steel structures is presented. A few effective stress concentration factors of welded steel structures are predicted. Good agreement between the estimations and the experiments is achieved. According to the model to obtain the fatigue strength for welded steel structures, the fatigue experiments may be reduced greatly. The method is useful in engineering application and helpful in gaining economic efficiency.
