镀铬活塞环表面层工作应力及剥离的数值分析

摘    要:为避免活塞环表面镀铬层的剥落,有必要了解活塞环表面层的应力分布。以新发展的变分法和非线性优化方法求解能量泛函,研究活塞环-气缸套表面摩擦力下的接触问题,对计算结果进行了讨论。计算结果显示:表面镀层和摩擦力对应力分布有重大影响,随着镀铬层的变薄,接触应力分布越来越集中在镀层区内.且最大应力值也随之上升。

Abstract:The proper crafts of electroplating and the knowledge for surface stress of the piston ring are to avoid the desquamating of the chromeplating surface of the piston ring. In this paper, the variation and non-linear optimization method were employed to solvc the energy functions to study the contact problem with friction on the friction surfaces of the piston ring, and the results were discussed. Calculating results show that the surface coating and the friction greatly affect thc stress state of the friction pair. When the surface coating is attenuating, the stress is more and more concentrated in the electroplating area, and the max stress is increased.
