| Abstract: | An economic-statistical design is presented to determine the optimal subgroup size, sampling frequency, the reference value and the control limit parameter for multivariate cumulative sum (MCUSUM) control charts based on the multivariate CUSUM 1 (MC1) method. To illustrate the solution procedure, a numerical example is presented and the sensitivity analysis is studied. |
