阳离子可染PTT的制备及性能的研究

摘    要:以精对苯二甲酸(PTA)和1,3-丙二醇为原料,在聚对苯二甲酸丙二醇酯(PTY)的缩聚阶段加入间苯二甲酸丙二醇酯-5-磺酸钠(SIPT),制备了阳离子可染聚对苯二甲酸丙二醇酯(CDPTT),探讨了SIPT的制备和添加工艺,研究了CDPTT的制备工艺及性能。结果表明:制备SIPT溶液时,1,3-丙二醇与间苯二甲酸- 5-磺酸钠的摩尔比以6:1为宜;制备CDPTT时,SIPT须在酯化反应结束后加入;随着SIPT的含量增加,CDPTT的特性粘数降低,上染率增大;SIPT的摩尔分数(相对PTA)大于2.0%,CDPTT的结晶度随着SIPT含量的增加而减小,SIPT的摩尔分数(相对PTA)小于2.0%时,CDPTT的结晶度则随其增加而增大。

Abstract:Using purified terephthalic acid (PTA) and 1,3-propanediol as the feedstock,cationic dyeable poly (trimethylene terephthalate) (CDFFF) was prepared by introducing 5-sodium sulfonate dimethyl isophthalate (SIFT) during the polycondensa- tion process of poly(trimethylene terephthalate) (PTT).The production and addition technologies for SIPT were discussed.The preparation and properties of CDPTT were studied.The results showed that the rational mole ratio of 1,3-propanediol and m- phthalic-5-sulfonic acid sodium should be 6:1 for the preparation of SIPT solution SIPT should be introduced during the produc- tion of CDPTT when the esterification was over.The intrinsic viscosity of CDPTT was decreased and the dye uptake was increased while increasing the content of SIPT.The crystallinity of CDPTT was decreased with the increase of SIPT content when the mole fraction of SIPT was above 2.0% based on PTA,but was increased with the increase of SIPT content when the mole fraction of SIPT was below 2.0% based on PTA.
