摘    要:为了研究内嵌加气混凝土(ALC)墙板对框架结构抗震性能的影响,进行了带内嵌ALC填充开洞墙板的两层钢框架结构足尺模型振动台试验。采用了预埋连接节点以减少板材连接对墙板造成的损伤,并采用自攻螺钉对窗口部位进行加固。试验研究了框架的振动特性及墙板的损伤情况,分析了内嵌加气混凝土墙板对钢框架结构的频率、阻尼比、刚度、楼层加速度以及楼层位移的影响。研究表明:带加气混凝土墙板钢框架结构的层间抗侧刚度较纯钢框架的提高了111%;结构的阻尼比为6.94%,大于结构设计中3%的标准;墙板位移比钢框架位移略小,表明该连接节点具有一定减震效果;模型结构的加速度放大系数随地震烈度的增加而逐渐增加,表明结构逐渐进入塑性状态;在8度罕遇地震作用下,墙板位移角达到1/49且未发生墙板脱落或者坍塌现象,仅墙板有较小损伤,表明墙板及连接节点具有良好的抗震性能。

Experimental study on shaking table test of full-scale steel frame with embedded autoclaved lightweight concrete wall panels

Abstract:In order to study the influence of embedded autoclaved lightweight concrete (ALC) wall panel on the seismic performance of frame structure, a full-scale shaking table test was carried out on a steel frame structure embedded with ALC wall panels with holes. An embedded joint was used to reduce the damage to the walls caused by the joint, and the window openings were reinforced by self-tapping bolts. The vibration characteristics of the steel frame and the damage to the wall panels were experimentally examined. The effects of embedding ALC wall panels on the vibration frequency, damping ratio, stiffness, acceleration and displacement of the steel frame were analyzed. It is found that, the lateral stiffness of the steel frame with ALC wall panels is increased by 111% for each storey. The damping ratio of the steel frame structure with the wall panels is 6.94%, larger than the design standard of 3% for structures. The lateral displacement of the wall panels is slightly smaller than that of frame structure, implying that the joint helps to reduce the seismic response of the ALC wall panels. With increase in the imposed earthquake intensity, the acceleration amplification factor of the frame structure increases, indicating that the structure starts to behave plastically. The drift ratio of the wallboard reaches 1/49 under a rare earthquake of 8-degree, where the wallboard neither falls off nor collapses, demonstrating that the wall panels and joints exhibit good seismic performances.
