摘    要:从热力学平衡角度建立了火力发电厂整个过程的动态模型,涵盖了锅炉侧和涡轮机,在整个过程模型的基础上,构建了具有关键状态变量在线估计和火力发电系统DCS性能评估功能的监测平台。该平台可以提供单位效率为每隔5 s时间段的评估结果。模型验证通过从实际的300 MW火力电厂的分布式控制系统导出的历史操作数据来执行。模拟结果与设备的设计值的比较显示了整个过程模型的高精度。监测平台还可以作为离线模拟器,以便在特定时间段和意外情况下对设备的操作进行二次检查。

Abstract:A dynamic model of the entire process of thermal power plants was established from the perspective of thermodynamic equilibrium, covering the entire process model of the boiler side and the turbine, and a monitoring platform with on-line estimation of key state variables and unit performance evaluation functions was constructed. The platform can provide evaluation results with a unit efficiency of every 5 seconds. The model validation was performed by historical operating data derived from a distributed control system(DCS)of an actual 300 MW thermal power plant. The comparison of the simulation results with the design values of the equipment shows the high accuracy of the entire process model. The monitoring platform can also be used as an off-line simulator to perform a secondary inspection of the operation of the equipment during specific time periods and accidents.
