微波水热法制备Co掺杂的LaFeO3及其光催化性能

摘    要:以Co(NO3)2·6H2O、Fe(NO3)3·9H2O、La(NO3)3·H2O为原料,柠檬酸为络合剂,葡萄糖为模版剂,采用微波水热的方法合成了钙钛矿结构LaFeO3光催化剂.利用XRD、SEM、TG-DSC和FT-IR等手段进行分析表征.结果表明:Co的掺杂有利于提高LaFeO3光催化剂的活性,其催化效果优于纯的LaFeO3;当掺杂量x=0.1时,其催化效果较优,光照时间为150 min时,亚甲基蓝的降解率达到99.46 %,较纯LaFeO3高出36.51 %.

Study on the preparation of Co-doped LaFeO3 by microwave hydrothermal method and its photocatalytic performance

Abstract:Perovskite LaFeO3 was synthesized by microwave hydrothermal method, with Co(NO3)2·6H2O, Fe(NO3)3·9H2O and La(NO3)3·H2O as raw materials, citric acid and glucose as the complexing agent and template agent respectively. The products were characterized by XRD, SEM, TG-DSC and FT-IR. The results showed that the doping of Co was helpful to improve the photocatalystic performance of LaFeO3, and the catalytic performance was better than that of pure LaFeO3 sample. When the doping amount x was 0.1, the catalytic performance reached the best, and when the illumination time lasted for 150 min, the degradation rate of methyl orange solution reached 99.46 %, which was 36.51 % higher than that of pure LaFeO3 sample.
