基于多尺度细观力学方法计算水泥基材料的导热系数

摘    要:基于Eshelby等效夹杂理论和水泥基材料微观结构多尺度特征,从细观力学的角度,研究了水泥基复合材料的热力学性能,推导出了水泥基复合材料的导热系数细观力学一般表达式.借助Mori-Tanaka均质化方法,计算了不同化学组分、水灰比和养护龄期的水泥基复合材料导热系数,并研究了孔隙饱和度的影响.将研究结果与参考文献中的测量值进行综合对比后发现,基于多尺度细观力学的计算方法适用于不同饱和度水泥基复合材料导热系数的评估和计算;所得结果可进一步用于不同原材料和养护条件下水泥基复合材料导热系数及其他热力学参数的精确计算.

Abstract:Based on Eshelby equivalent inclusion principle and multi scale nature of the microstructure of cement based composites(CBCs), the micromechanical approach to evaluate the thermal properties of the CBCs was employed. A generalized multi scale micromechanical model was developed to calculate the thermal conductivity of the CBCs. Mori Tanaka homogenization method was adopted to upscale the thermal conductivity of CBCs of different compositions, water cement ratios and curing ages. Then, the effect of saturation degree was assessed by the model. The modeled results are comparable to the data from experimental measurement, suggesting that the multi scale micromechanical model developed is available to predict the thermal conductivity of CBCs in different saturation degree. Furthermore, this approach can also be extended to calculate other thermal parameters of CBCs of complex compounds and curing schemes.
