摘 要: | 耐热铝合金有良好的应用前景,并在合金设计与成形技术方面已经取得一定进展.改善铝合金高温性能的主要工艺技术包括:添加合金元素等在铝合金中析出高熔点的稳定强化相,利用凝固控制、热处理等措施使强化相弥散分布,起到稳定基体以及晶界强化等作用.目前,降低其制备成本是当务之急.

Abstract: | The heat-resistant Al alloy has a good prospect for application, and progress has been made in alloy design and its fabricating technologies. The main technologies in improving the heat-resistant properties of Al alloy include adding alloy elements to precipitate stable strengthening phases with a high melting point from aluminum alloy and achieving the precipitates in dispersed distribution by solidification control, heat-treatment and other technological measures to stabilize the matrix and strengthen the grain boundary. Currently, the top priority is to lower the manufacturing cost. |
