摘    要:介绍了变电站程序化操作的概念以及在变电站实现程序化操作需要具备的条件,提出了利用当地后台和调度主站分别实现程序化操作、利用程序化操作服务器实现程序化操作以及利用间隔层智能设备与程序化操作服务器共同实现程序化操作等3种实现方案.通过对3种方案的对比,间隔层设备与程序化操作服务器共同实现程序化操作的方案具有对通信依赖程度小、执行效率高、可靠性高、便于运行维护等多优势.介绍了RCS-9700变电站自动化系统中图形化的操作票管理及图形化操作仿真验证等程序化操作相关功能,并着重介绍了程序化操作在RCS-9700系统中的具体实现.

Abstract:In order to increase the efficiency of operation and reduce the possibility of misoperation in the substation, the concept of sequence control and the conditions for realizing sequence control are proposed. Three implementing methods of sequence control, that is using the local automation system and dispatch center to realize separately, using sequence control server, and using bay level IEDs together with the sequence control server, are put forward and compared. It is concluded that the method of using bay level IEDs together with sequence control server to realize the sequence control has the advantages of less communication dependency, high executing efficiency, high reliability and maintainability. The relevant functions of sequence control such as graphic operation ticket supervision and verification of graphic operation simulation in the RCS 9700 substation automation system and the implementing procedure of sequence control are described in detail.
