| 摘 要： | 针对倒置立式核电常规岛高压加热器的研制,阐述了倒置立式高压加热器水室、管系、外壳及总装在制造过程中的关键工序及制造难点,并给出了在高加管孔加工、管端胀接焊接、管系与外壳套装等工艺难题的解决方案。

| Abstract: | By means of the research and manufacturing of upending Nuclear HP Heater,the article introduces the key processes and manufacturing difficulties of water chamber,tube bundle,shell and general assembly of HP Heater during the course of manufacture,and offers solutions of a series of technology problems,such as tube plate drilling,tube expanding,the assembling of tube nest to the shell etc. |
