摘    要:针对某钢铁公司锅炉烟道系统振动很大的问题,通过对机组引风机及烟道系统的振动测试和分析,结合该机组烟道结构系统较特殊的实际情况,得出烟道系统振动的主要原因是由系统结构所引起的气流分布不均匀、风机内出现旋转脱流、气流流过支柱时产生涡流及烟道系统本身刚度不够所造成的。经采取在风机内加装弧形板、烟道内加装导向叶片及烟道系统加固等技术措施改造后,其振动大大降低,各点振动值一般不超过220μm,达到了改造目的。

Abstract:The strong vibration of the induced draft for the special flue system of a boiler was tested and analyzed. The results show that the vibration of the flue duct is caused by the non - uniform flow which is resulted from the system organization, the whirling flow -away in the fan, the eddy current generated while flow installing through the pillar and the flue gas system' s bending rigidity is not enough. By an air flow arc panel in the fan, a damper in the duct and a reinforced structure for the whole flue duct system, the vibration was greatly decreased and the amplitudes were controlled to less than 220μm,which is a satisfactory result for the boiler owner.
