EPS轻集料混凝土试验探讨

摘    要:研究的EPS轻集料混凝土作为节能墙体材料,不仅要具有导热系数低的保温隔热性能,而且还要求材料本身具有一定的承载力强度。所以,本文基于满足这两方面性能对EPS轻集料混凝土原材料配比设计、加工工艺等方面进行了试验研究,通过对实验结果的分析得出了各种原材料对材料性能的影响。

Abstract:The EPS lightweight concrete as exterior wall material is studied in this paper. It is required that the material should be of thermal insulation, and it should have required compressive strength. Therefore, based on these performace requirements of EPS lightweight concrete material, a series of mix proportion tests were conducted so as to obtain influence of each kind of raw material on EPS lightweight concrete.
