摘    要:在总结以往研究工作的基础上,侧重研究了HDPE基复合材料界面应力的诱导结晶效应及其与材料性能间关系,重点讨论了CaCO3/HDPE填充体系的界面粘合性,以及CaCO3粒径、粒径分布、含量及其试样熔体冷却速率等与其基体的诱导结晶效应及材料韧性间关系,并由此结合介绍了相应的韧性机理、增韧模型及其相关的基体结晶动力学验证结果。

Abstract:On the basis of the former research works, this paper researched emphatically onthe induced crystallization of boundary stress of HDPE based composites and the relationships ofthe induced crystallization and the properties of materials, and gave a detailed discussion on the relations of boundary binding, CaCO3 particle size, particle size distribution, content and cooling rateof sample, etc and the induced crystallization of the base and the toughness of the composite. Therelevant toughenment mechanism, toughenment model and the experimental results of crystallinekinetics were introduced.
