| 摘 要： | 结合一台2t真空自耗电弧炉的设计和调试,介绍了真空自耗电弧炉熔炼工艺及控制系统的软硬件设计方案。提出了电弧炉控制中的关键点和难点,系统分析了真空自耗电弧炉控制原理和各个参数之间的关系以及对控制的影响。并结合设计中出现的问题,对电弧炉控制中的关键问题——熔化速率的计算和控制提出了进一步的解决办法。

| Abstract: | Combined with the design and debug of a 2t VAR Furnace,this article introduces a technology of VAR furnace,design scheme of the hardware and software of the control system;discuss the key point and the difficulty of the VAR furnace control;systemically analyzes the control theory of the VAR furnace,and the relationship of each parameter and the effect of them to the control system.Contact the problem during the designing,find the calculation and control solution of the key problem-melting rate. |
