土壤中哒螨灵的残留分析方法研究

摘    要:建立了哒螨灵在土壤中的残留分析方法。样品采用丙酮提取,二氯甲烷萃取,弗罗里硅土柱层析净化,GC-ECD检测。试验测得哒螨灵在土壤中的添加回收率为89.70%~92.90%,相对标准偏差为2.30%~4.70%,变异系数为2.09%~4.46%,方法的最低检出量为1×10-11g,检出限为5×10-3mg·kg-1。结果表明,该方法符合农药残留分析的要求。

Abstract:Residue analytical method for pyridaben in soil was established via sample sequentially extracted with acetone and dichloromethane, cleaned up through florisil column and determined by GC-ECD detector. The average recoveries of pyridaben in soil was 89.70% ~92.90% , and relative standard deviation was 2.30%-4.70% , with the coefficient of variation between 2.09%~4.46%, respectively. Moreover, the minimum detectable quantity was 1 ×10^-11g while the minimum detectable concentration was 5×10^-3mg ·kg^-1. In conclusion, this method is consistent with requirements of pesticide residues analytical standard.
