大孔树脂纯化金褐霉素的研究

摘    要:通过比较八种大孔树脂对金褐霉素发酵液的吸附和解吸效果,从中筛选出适合金褐霉素分离纯化的树脂,并对其吸附和解吸性能进行研究。结果表明,X-5树脂最适合金褐霉素的纯化,洗脱剂甲醇的体积分数为80%,上样液pH5.0,洗脱液pH7.0,吸附流速为1.0BV/h,洗脱流速为1mL/min,此方法所得金褐霉素纯度较高,且有明显的脱色效果。

Abstract:Through the comparison among the eight types of macroporous resin adsorption and desorption rate of aureofuscin,the optional macroporous resin for aureofuscin was decided,and absorption and desorption capabilities of aureofuscin were studied. The results showed that X-5 resin was the best one for the purification of aureofuscin,with 80% methanol as eluant. Sample pH was 5.0,and flowed pH was 7.0.
