白山发电厂机组转轮改造研究

摘    要:对白山水电站水轮机运行状况进行分析,提出了转轮改造方案,对转轮、基础环、尾水衬板等关键部件的改造施工工艺及关键技术进行了总结和阐述。改造后机组运行稳定,大大增强了机组运行的可靠性,实现了更好的经济效益。此项改造工程的成功实施,对于其他水电机组的改造具有一定的借鉴意义。

Abstract:Based on a thorough analysis of the operation conditions of the hydraulic turbine of the Baishan Hydropower Plant, this paper puts forward a runner renovation program, expounding and summarizing the renovation construction processes of the key components such as the runner, base ring, tail water lining panels, and the key techniques adopted in the construction. The technical renovation has substantially improved the stability and reliability of the generating unit with better economical benefits achieved. The successful implementation of the project is of positive significance to the renovation of other similar hydropower generating units.
