摘    要:近10年来,我国电力工业发展迅速,但至2010年末,燃煤发电(不含气电)仍占全国装机总容量的67.6%.水电仅占22.2%,装机达2.13亿kW,仍有广阔的发展前景,作为清洁的可再生能源应当继续大力开发;发展抽水蓄能电站具有调峰填谷、改善电网质量的有利条件,对适应核电发展及建设风力、太阳能发电等是十分必要的,藉以调整电源结构,减少污染,实现可持续发展.

Abstract:Over past 10 years, China's power industry has witnessed a rapid development period. As of the end of 2010, the coal-fired thermal plants account for 67.6% of the total installed power generating capacity, while hydropower only for 22.2%. Therefore hydropower, as a clean and renewable energy has a large room for development as pumped storage hydropower plants serve to increase the peak power and refill the valley power and helps to improve the power supply quality, its development is necessary for development of nuclear power, wind power and solar power, which in turn helps adjust the power structure and reduce pollution to realize sustainable development.
