芦苇与荻木素结构及对制浆性能的影响

摘    要:对芦苇和荻的制浆性能进行了比较。结果表明 ,在硫酸盐法和碱性亚硫酸钠法制浆中 ,芦苇比荻较难蒸煮 ,芦苇浆卡伯值高、得率低。这是由于芦苇木素与荻木素在结构上的差异所致。在芦苇碱性亚硫酸钠 -蒽醌法蒸煮中 ,蒽醌可显著地加速脱木素作用。

Abstract:The lignin structures and pulpabilities of reed and amur silver grass were studied and compared.The results show that, in sulfate and alkaline sodium sulfite pulpings,reed is more difficult to cook than amur silver grass,and gave a higher pulp Kappa number and a lower pulp yield,possibly due to the differences in lignin structures between reed and amur silver grass.Anthraquinone speeded up delignification significantly in alkaline sodium sulfite pulping for reed.
