| 摘 要： | 进入模块时代后，人才招聘战略也发生了巨大的变化。过去人力资源部门在招聘时那种事无巨细的招聘策略，应该被具有模块时代特征的新招聘战略所代替。这样不仅为企业节约成本，同时也为企业选取合适的人才提供了一种便捷的途径。
