| 摘 要： | 以洛阳市高层次居住区环境设计为例，阐述了项目的设计理念、设计原则，从景观分区、水体设计、植物配置、建筑小品等几方面详细介绍了设计的主要内容，充分说明一个高层次的环境设计必须赋予其一定的文化内涵，才能达到情景的交融，使其真正成为人们精神的家园。
