摘 要: | 华电芜湖电厂一期工程#1、#2机组是国内首台660MW超超临界机组,是目前安徽省已投运单机容量最大的机组,本工程输煤系统亦是目前国内最大的一套输煤系统,承担着向2×660MW+2×1000MW机组同时供煤的任务,国内没有同类型已投运电厂运行的先例。方案设计中的双车翻车机、1600mm带式输送机、1200 t/h碎煤机和2200 t/h滚轴筛的成功投运实现了输煤系统在高参数高规格设备选型方面的重大突破。

Abstract: | The Phase I Project of Huadian Wuhu Power Plant is the first 660MW ultra-supercritical units in China,and the largest installed capacity of running-unit in Anhui province at present.The coal handling is also the largest system in China,with the task of coal supply to 2 × 660MW +2 × 1000MW units at the same time,and no precedent has been put into operation with the same type of power plant.With the double car tipper,1600mm conveyor,1200t/h coal crusher,2200t/h roller sieve running successfully,it brings the coal handling system to a major breakthrough in the selection of equipment with high-standard and high-parameter. |
