锗单晶二维六面扫描转鼓的数控精密成形

摘    要:锗单晶二维六面扫描转鼓是Ⅰ类通用组件热像仪(CTICM-I)的核心元件之一。单点金刚石切削技术(SPDT)成功解决了其批量生产难题,但其成形工艺为手工操作,加工精度低,外形尺寸一致性差,必须留有足够的加工余量才能保证SPDT的加工要求。本文介绍了一种将国产普通立式加工中心应用于该零件的精密成形方法,完工后的转鼓毛坯表面质量满足要求,其精度和外形尺寸一致性得到显著提高,成倍减小了SPDT的加工余量,进而提高转鼓的整体生产效率。

Abstract:Two-dimension polygon scanner of Ge mono-crystal is one of the key elements of CTICM-I which applies single-point diamond turning(SPDT) technology to achieve mess production,but the shaping machining is manually operated with a lower accuracy and bad dimension conformance which needs enough process redundancy to ensure the requirements of SPDT process.A new CNC precision shaping method is introduced in this paper which applies domestic common vertical machining center to achieve precision shaping in order to meet the surface quality requirements and improve the accuracy and dimension conformance,in the mean time,it greatly reduces SPDT machining redundancy and increases manufacturing efficiency of polygon.
