摘    要:以噻吩为原料,经甲酰化,还原制得2-甲基噻吩,2-甲基噻吩经硫酰氯氯化制备2-氯-5-甲基噻吩。通过实验获得反应的优化条件,在此条件下的收率为73.84%。

Abstract:2-Chloro-5-methyhhiophene (1) is a versatile intermediate for the synthesis of pharmaceuticals and agrochemicals. A facile and low-cost route for the preparation of 1 was reported through the reaction of 2- methylthiophene with sulfuryl chloride. The process produced the product in 73.96% yield.
