摘    要:为综合解决输电网规划中的多目标协调问题,提出了以投资费用、运行维护成本、输电扩展灵活性期望代价和社会福利损失4个指标达到最小的多目标优化模型.该模型引入了适应未来不确定场景的输电灵活规划期望代价,并从适应负荷增长不确定性和电网故障发生的不确定性2个方面建立了相应的灵活性期望代价模型.应用层次分析法分析每个目标函数评价因素之间的重要性约束度,进而构建判断矩阵,以确定每个目标函数在最优模型中的权重.最后,18节点系统的电网扩展规划算例验证了所述方法的有效性.
