| Abstract: | The paper summarizes the history of the development of traditional water conservancy work at home and abroad, points out the problems after studying the national policies and laws on conservancy construction, moreover, analyses the trend of water conservancy reformation in the new period . On this basis, this paper reveals the demand for water resources programming and management in the context of water reformation and development in the new period, then provides the reference and experience for the water conservancy reformation of China. |
