摘    要:文章首先合成了溶剂型的丙烯酸酯压敏胶。为了进一步提高胶液的耐高温性能,加入了不同种类的有机硅氧烷对其进行改性。改性后的胶液具有相容性好、高温持粘力佳、剥离强度值适中、能够耐受酸碱溶剂、能够耐受200℃高温且在粘附物表面不留残胶的优良性能。改性胶作为一种高档压敏保护胶膜,在FPC生产中具有良好的应用前景。

Abstract:The solvent-based acrylic pressure sensitive adhesive was synthesized. The glue is modified by adding Organosiloxane monomers, different types of organosiloxane elastomers and other high temperature resistant elastomer resin into acrylic polymer, to maintain pressure-sensitive performance and improve heat resistance property. Modified glue has excellent properties, such as good compatibility, good high-temperature holding tack, moderate peel strength value, tolerance to acid-base solvent and able to withstand the high temperature of 200℃ and no residue in the adhesion surface. As a high-end pressure-sensitive protective film, it has good application prospects in the FPC production.
