陕西省制造业集聚程度变动趋势实证研究

运用改进后的产业地理集中度指数，对陕西省1999—2009年11a间17个制造业行业的就业人数、总产值和增加值统计数据进行精密的计算，分析产业集聚特征和制造业时间变动趋势，并计算了制造业行业弹性系数．结果表明，3种不同指标的计算结果变化趋势是一致的，陕西省的制造业处于中等集聚的水平，其中纺织业的集聚水平是最高的，最低的是通用设备制造业；从1999--2009年的时间序列来看，陕西省制造业的集聚度处于下降的趋势，分散特征比较明显，下降最快的是食品加工业，增长最快的是专用设备制造业：陕西省制造业有15个行业的增长集聚弹性超过1，集聚效应较明显，但行业间的差别较大，在产业布局和转型的过程中应该将这一因素考虑进去．

Empirical research for fluctuation trend of manufacturing industrial agglomeration degree in Shaanxi province

Using revised index of geographic concentration, industrial agglomeration characteristics and changing trend in manufacturing time were precisely calculated and analyzed based on static data of employment, output value and added value from the 17 manufacturing industries in 1999 to 2009, and the elasticity coefficient of manufacturing industry was also computed. Results showed that there were similar trend in three indicators. The level of manufacturing concentration was middle level and concentration of the textile industry was the highest. But general machinery manufacturing was the lowest level. The industrial cluster was in the decline stage in 1999 to 2009, dispersion characteristics were obvious, food processing industry had the fastest trend of decline. On the contrary, the special equipment manufacturing was the fastest growing. Elasticity coefficients of 15 industries were more than 1. These industries had an obvious agglomeration effect and industry differences. These characteristics should take into account in process of industrial layout and transition.
